This Warranty Policy sets out what's covered and how to make a warranty claim.
Note: This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and applies specifically to manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
Every lamp and lighting product bought from homvelina.com comes with a 12-month limited warranty, running from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical faults not caused by misuse
- Faulty components or workmanship
If a product is confirmed defective inside the warranty period, we'll offer one of the following remedies:
- Repair of the product, or
- Replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or
- A refund where repair or replacement isn't possible
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Damage from power surges or use with the wrong voltage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)
- Commercial or rental use unless stated otherwise
- Light bulbs or other consumable parts unless specified
3. Warranty Claims Process

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Where the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we'll cover the cost of replacement shipping.
If the issue turns out not to be covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for return or replacement shipping costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Homvelina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using — or being unable to use — the product, except where applicable law says otherwise.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on the state or country you live in.
